CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

 

AS Joss AK announced to the  Pennu Computer Technology Group 

(PCTG) about the agreement, as a result of which the ownership 

right of 800 000 (50% of the shares) PCTG shares was acquired by 

an Estonian investment company.

 

New holder of the shares will announce its further plans about 

the management and direction of the activities of PCTG via the 

stock exchange system after a thorough analysis of the company’s 

present situation and development of the strategies.
