OPENING OF A NEW PRODUCTION BUILDING 

 

On December 4, 1998, a new substations production building will be 

opened in the AS Harju Elekter electric devices factory. The 

ferroconcrete framed unit-type substations HEKA are planned to 

produce in the new building. The production capacity of a new 

branch is 200 unit-type substations per year. The main construction 

works were conducted by the company itself, including also 

different subcontractors. The building was completed during the 

time period of June to October 1998. The investments were made in 

the amount of 5.5 million EEK, using the company’s own finances and 

a loan taken from the LEONIA Bank.
