CLOSED SHARE ISSUANCE OF AS RIGAS MIESNIEKS 

 

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, statutes 

of Rigas Miesnieks, and the liabilities coming from the 

privatization contract of the company, a closed share issuance 

of Rigas Miesnieks will be carried through.

 

The registered share capital of Rigas Miesnieks is 2 000 000 

LVL, the paid-in capital was up until now 1 600 000 LVL. The 

increase in the share capital will be in the amount of 

400 000 LVL, via the issuance of 400 additional ordinary shares 

with the par value 100 LVL.

 

The shares will be paid for in monetary payments. Minimum 

payment must be 25% of the par value of the shares. The 

remaining amount should be paid by November 1, 1999, at the 

latest.

 

Subscription of the shares takes place from Nov. 19, 1998 to 

Dec. 30, 1998.

 

The shareholders of the company can use the privilege to 

subscribe the shares from Nov.19 to Dec.23 proportionally with 

the shares owned by them previously.
