ILLEGAL DECISION OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE ESTONIAN CHAMBER 

OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY HAS CAUSED REMARKABLE DAMAGES TO PENNU

 

Ignoring its statutes as well as the legal acts, the ECCI’ s 

Management Board has remarkably damaged via the press the 

reputation of AS PCTG in the eyes of the clients and the 

suppliers.

 

AS PCTG heard about its suspension from the ECCI via the press, 

i.e. the Management Board of ECCI informed the public about its 

decision before it did its suspended member. The facsimile 

message about the respective decision was sent to AS PCTG only 

after the end of the workday of November 17, 1998.

 

In order to annul the 12.11.98 decision about Pennu’s suspension 

from the ECCI, AS PCTG presents today a complaint to the general 

meeting of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
