PRO KAPITAL WILL ACQUIRE 100% HOLDING IN AS VINKRIST

 

The Management Board of AS Pro Kapital decided to purchase 90% of 

AS Vinkrist shares from Baltic Investments Ltd. for EEK 82 million. 

AS Vinkrist owns estates in Rottermann quarter in the center of 

Tallinn. Before the transaction Pro Kapital owned 10% of AS 

Vinkrist shares. 

 

According to the agreement of the transaction parties, the share 

purchase contract will be concluded in the near future. The 

transaction was not concluded between related parties. 

 

After conclusion of the aforementioned transaction, AS Pro Kapital 

will have 100% holding in AS Vinkrist. AS Vinkrist was established 

for development of Rottermann quarter in the center of Tallinn. AS 

Vinkrist owns a total of 17 200 m2 of land with buildings.
