DELISTING OF ASA KINDLUSTUSE AS SHARES

 

According to the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee's 

29.11.99 resolution, the shares of ASA Kindlustuse AS will be 

delisted from the TSE Secondary List as of tomorrow, 01.12.1999, 

due to unconformity of ASA Kindlustuse AS shares with the 

provisions of chapter "Listing Rules" of the TSE Rules and 

Regulations.
