CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS

 

AS Talinvest, the voting shareholder of AS Kalev, today refinanced 

a loan taken from Hansapank with loan from Ühispank. AS Kalev 

shares were set as collateral for the loan.

Results of the transaction will also be reflected in the company's 

shareholders' list, where AS Talinvest's 23.62545% holding in AS 

Kalev has been transferred from Hansapank's account to Ühispank's 

account.
