ACQUISITION OF SHAREHOLDING IN SUBSIDIARY

 

On 29.11.99 the Estonian Privatization Agency and AS Estiko 

concluded an agreement, pursuant to which the state sold its 45% 

minority interest in Estiko Investeeringute AS to AS Estiko.

 

AS Estiko is the sole owner of Estiko Investeeringute AS.

Estiko Investeeringute AS field of activity is real estate 

administration.
