SHAREHOLDINGS OF MANAGEMENT BOARD’S AND SUPERVISORY BOARD’S 

MEMBERS IN EESTI FOREKSPANK AFTER THE MERGER WITH 

INVESTEERIMISPANK 

 

We hereby announce that after the conversion of the Eesti 

Investeerimispank shares to 23 637 696 new nominal ordinary 

shares of AS Eesti Forekspank, the AS Eesti Forekspank Management 

Board’s and Supervisory Board’s members hold shares in AS Eesti 

Forekspank (new trade name Optiva Pank) directly or via 

substantial shareholding in a business enterprise as follows:

The data is given as of 24.11.98, on the basis of the share 

conversion ratio determined in the 30.09.98 merger contract 

between Eesti Forekspank and Eesti Investeerimispank, according 

to which every AS Eesti Investeerimispank share with the nominal 

value of 1000 EEK gives a right to receive 178 243 AS Eesti 

Forekspank shares. The share capital of the merged bank divides 

into 41 255 870 shares.
