ABOUT SECURING THE LIABILITIES OF TFT AS

 

In order to secure the liabilities of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas, 

AS Hansapank presented yesterday to Tallinna Linnakohus 

(Tallinn City Court) an additional suit application for the 

claim of 9.83 million EEK, and sought additional security to 

the suit. 

 

According to the 16.11.98 ruling of Tallinna Linnakohus, the 

bank account of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas in Eesti Ühispank was 

arrested in order to secure AS Hansapank lawsuit.

 

The above-mentioned activities and ruling do not harm 

significantly the day-to-day economic activities of the 

company.
