CORRECTION TO THE NOTICE OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF 

SHAREHOLDERS

 

Correcting the 17.11.98. announcement about the extraordinary 

general meeting of EVEA Panga AS shareholders, the Management 

Board of EVEA Panga AS announces that the shareholders’ list 

according to which the circle of shareholders whose EVEA Panga AS 

shares will be proportionally annulled, will be fixed as of 

December 10, 1998, at 8:00 AM, not as of November 26, 1998, at 

8:00 AM.
