SUPERVISORY BOARD OF HÜVITUSFOND APPOINTED TWO NEW MEMBERS TO THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

On its 18.11.98 meeting, the Supervisory Board of Hüvitusfond appointed two new

members to the Management Board. The new members of the Management Board are 

Kalmer Kikas and Tauno Tats. Kalmer Kikas has worked previously in Eesti Kindlustus 

and Hoiupank in the field of business banking. Tauno Tats has been employed by

AS Viru Rand and Hoiupank in the field of administration. Both new members have 

higher education.

 

The fields of responsibility of the new Management Board's members in Hüvitusfond 

are administrative management and risk management.

 

By appointing the new members to the Management Board, the Supervisory Board has

finished the changes in the management of of the fund, and the Management Board 

will continue with five members. In addition to the new members, the other members 

of Hüvitusfond's Management Board are Aare Tammemäe, Margus Uudam and Madis Raidma.
