CORRECTION TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE RESULTS OF PUBLIC OFFERING 

TO MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS 

 

The first paragraph of previously published announcement about the 

results of public offering made to the minority shareholders 

contained an error. AS Eferelt acquired 14,778 shares from minority 

shareholders in the course of the purchase offering, which accounts 

for 0.5% of Eesti Näituste AS total shares outstanding.

RESULTS OF PUBLIC OFFERING TO MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS 

 

AS Eferelt's five-week purchase offering to the minority 

shareholders of Eesti Näituste AS ended on 30.11.1999. As a result 

of the offering the core investor's stake in Eesti Näituste AS 

increased to the level of 3,043,011 shares, which accounts for 

95.09% of the company's total shares outstanding. AS Eferelt 

acquired 14,778 shares from the company's minority shareholders in 

the course of the purchase offering, which accounts for 0.5% of 

Eesti Näituste AS total shares outstanding.

 

The purchase offering to the minority shareholders was conducted 

from 26.10 to 30.11.1999. The offering was conducted in accordance 

with the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee's 19.10.1999 

decision to delist Eesti Näituste AS from the Exchange, provided 

that AS Eferelt will make purchase offering to the minority 

shareholders of Eesti Näituste AS, with minimum duration of five 

weeks, and on conditions that are at least equal to those offered 

in the first public purchase offering.

 

Proceeding from the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee's 

aforementioned decision, the shares of Eesti Näituste AS are 

delisted from the Tallinn Stock Exchange as of today, 01.12.1999.
