DELIVERY OF AN ACTIVITIES PLAN TO THE GOVERNMENT



According to the concession agreement, Estonian Telecom's subsidiary 

Estonian Telephone Company forwarded today its activities plan for years 

2000-2002 to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, which is 

the supervisor of the telecommunications activities.
