COMMERCIAL REGISTRY ENTRY ABOUT CHANGES IN LEKS KINDLUSTUSE AS 

SHARE CAPITAL 

 

On 03.12.1999 the Tallinn City Court registry department reviewed 

the application of Leks Kindlustuse AS to register the decrease and 

increase of the company's share capital, new legal address of Leks 

Kindlustuse AS, and changes in its Articles of Association.

According to the registration decision, the following changes were 

made to the registry on 06.12.1999: address of Leks Kindlustuse AS 

is Tornimäe 2, Tallinn 10145; Leks Kindlustuse AS share capital is 

EEK 39,733,620; amendments were made to the company's Articles of 

Association as of 22.06.1999.

Due to registration of changes in the company's share capital with 

the Commercial Registry, Leks Kindlustuse AS will submit on 

09.12.1999 an application to the Estonian Central Depository for 

Securities to register the subscription notes as shares and to 

delete the cancellation notes from the shareholders' securities 

accounts.

On 20.05.1999 the annual meeting of Leks Kindlustuse AS 

shareholders made a resolution to decrease and increase the 

company's share capital.
