ANNOUNCEMENT

 

SUSPENSION OF TRADE IN AS RAKVERE LIHAKOMBINAAT SHARES 

 

Trade in AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat shares on the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange is suspended based on the issuer's application, due to 

offering to be made by its majority shareholder HK Ruokatalo to 

small shareholders. Trade in AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat will 

be suspended until the offering is published via the Exchange's 

information system, but not later than on 26.01.2000.

 

The Exchange will release an announcement on resumption of trade.
