CALL OPTIONS FOR ACQUISITION OF STAKE IN OÜ TORREON

 

On 26.01.2000 AS Pro Kapital concluded an option contract for 

acquisition of up to 51% stake in OÜ Torreon. According to the 

contract, AS Pro Kapital has a pre-emptive right to buy up to 51% 

of OÜ Torreon shares at nominal price. Upon exercising the option, 

Pro Kapital also has to reimburse for the investments made by OÜ 

Torreon after conclusion of the option contract. 

 

OÜ Torreon is the owner of the estate and buildings of the former 

Tallinn meat plant. Pro Kapital intends to use the estate for 

building a shopping center.
