PRO KAPITAL ACQUIRED CALL OPTIONS FOR AS KALARANNA SHARES

 

On 26.01.2000 AS Pro Kapital concluded an option contract for 

acquisition of up to 51% stake in AS Kalaranna. According to the 

contract, AS Pro Kapital has a pre-emptive right to buy up to 51% 

of AS Kalaranna shares at nominal price. Upon exercising the 

options Pro Kapital also has to reimburse for the investments made 

by AS Kalaranna after conclusion of the option contract. 

 

AS Kalaranna owns approximately 6 ha of land in the center of 

Tallinn on seaside. This project is a continuation of Pro Kapital's 

Ilmarise quarter real estate development project.
