ANNOUNCEMENT

 

SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS

 

Between 01.12.1999 and 30.02.2000 Reval Hotelligrupi AS conducted a 

directed share issue to International Finance Corporation (IFC). 

IFC subscribed for total of 450 857 new shares at EEK 10 par value 

and EEK 25 share premium. 

Reval HG share capital will increase to EEK 52 651 290 and IFC's 

stake in the company to 8.5% after the newly issued shares are 

registered with the Commercial Registry.

 

399 143 unsubscribed shares were cancelled with Reval HG Management 

Board's resolution.
