INCREASE OF THE LITHUANIAN DAUGHTER BANK'S EQUITY



On January 28 the Lithuanian Central Bank registered the share issue

of Hansabank’s Lithuanian daughter bank, Hansabankas. Through the said

issue Hansabank invested additional LTL 20 million in the share

capital of Hansabankas. The new size of Hansabankas’ share capital is

LTL 53 million.
