ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

Tallinna Kaubamaja AS Supervisory Board satisfied today the 

resignation application of the current Management Board chairman 

Mr. Peeter Tohver. Mr. Tohver will leave the office as 

of 03.03.2000. As of 04.03.2000 the company's Management Board will 

be chaired by Mr. Toomas Tamsar.

 

From 1994 to 1998 Mr. Toomas Tamsar worked as CEO of Estonian 

Chamber of Commerce and Industry. From 1998 to 1999 Mr. Tamsar 

chaired the Management Board of Norma Grupp AS, and from 1999 to 

2000 the Management Board of AS NG Investeeringud. 

 

Mr. Tamsar owns holdings in OÜ Balti Juhtimiskonverentsid and OÜ TT 

Juhtimisteenused. Toomas Tamsar does not hold shares in Tallinna 

Kaubamaja AS.
