PROCEDURES FOR LISTING ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF REVAL HOTELLIGRUPI AS 

SHARES

 

In accordance with the documents submitted, the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange started on 07.03.2000 the procedures for listing 450 857 

additionally issued Reval Hotelligrupi AS shares on TSE Secondary 

List. As of 08.03.2000, 4 814 272 shares of Reval Hotelligrupi AS 

are listed on the TSE Secondary List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
