ANNOUNCEMENT

 

RESOLUTIONS OF SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

On 27.03.2000 the Supervisory Board of Leks Kindlustuse AS made the 

following decisions:

 

1. to recall Mr. Raul Kastan from the positions of Management Board 

chairman and Management Board member. Leks Kindlustuse AS 

Supervisory Board will discuss the appointment of a new Management 

Board chairman in the near future.

 

2. to authorize Leks Kindlustuse AS Management Board to conduct 

necessary preparations for merger with Balti Kindlustuse AS 

(prepare merger agreement, merger report and agreement on transfer 

of insurance portfolio).
