NEW SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER



On 11.04.2000 the annual general meeting of AS Pro Kapital shareholders 

elected Mr. Vincenzo Presti (41) to the company's Supervisory Board.

Mr. Presti is the director of hotel division of Domina Hotel e 

Comproprieta Alberghiere Spa; he has worked on that position since 

March 1997. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Presti worked as head 

manager of hotel Palm Tree Club in Malindi, Kenya.



Mr. Presti has worked in the field of hotel management, tourism and 

vacation real estate development since year 1980. Mr. Presti has been 

employed by Domina group since year 1993. 



Mr. Vincenzo Presti is a citizen of Italy. In 1980 Mr. Presti graduated 

from economics faculty of Catania University. Mr. Presti does not own 

shares in Pro Kapital and Domina.
