APPLICATION FOR DELISTING



Leks Kindlustuse AS has submitted to Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) an 

application for delisting of its shares from the Secondary List of TSE, 

based on the following circumstances:



Balti Kindlustuse AS currently owns 98.88% holding in Leks Kindlustuse 

AS.



The Supervisory Boards of Leks Kindlustuse AS and Balti Kindlustuse AS 

have authorized the Management Boards of both companies to organize the 

activities necessary for merger of two companies.
