UNCONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS 03/2000



In Q1 2000 AS Baltika unconsolidated and unaudited net sales amounted to EEK 

76.9 million, which is EEK 13.1 million (20.6%) more than during the same 

period in 1999 (net sales EEK 63.8 million, respectively). 

Unconsolidated net profit was EEK 5.6 million, which is EEK 1.6 million 

(37.4%) more that last year's pre-tax profit.



AS Baltika will publish its consolidated financial results on week 17.
