NEW COUNCIL MEMBERS



The Annual General Meeting held on April 14, 2000, elected two new

members to the council of Hansapank: Mrs Annika Wijkström and Mr

Staffan Crona.



Mrs Annika Wijkström is an Executive Vice President at Swedbank. She

is responsible for business area alliances; Swedish and international.

Her job description for the past 5 years is the following:

Mrs Annika Wijkström and Staffan Crona do not own Hansapank’s shares.
