NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD CHAIRMAN



The newly elected Supervisory Board of AS Estiko held its meeting today. The 

Supervisory Board satisfied the resignation application of Management 

Board chairman Mart Raik, and appointed the company's current CFO Ms. Ellen 

Tohvri the new Management Board chairman. 



Ellen Tohvri was born in Tartu on 20.09.1962; in 1987 she graduated from the 

economics department of the University of Tartu. During her studies at the 

university, Ms. Tohvri also worked as accountant at Tartu Maja. 

As of 1991 Ms. Ellen Tohvri heads the accounting office Assets RMP OÜ; 

since 1994 Ms. Tohvri is certified public accountant, and works as authorized 

auditor at E-Audit company. 

Ellen Tohvri works at AS Estiko since December last year.
