AS HARJU ELEKTER DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND STOCK DIVIDEND ISSUE

 

AS Harju Elekter will fix the list of shareholders for dividend 

payments and stock dividend issue on 12.05.2000 at 8.00 a.m. 

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Harju Elekter are traded 

cum-dividends for year 1999 and cum-rights for stock dividend issue 

for the last day today, on 08.05.2000. The shares will go 

ex-dividends for year 1999 and ex-rights for stock dividend issue 

from tomorrow, 09.05.2000.

 

AS Harju Elekter will pay dividends EEK 3.00 per share.

AS Harju Elekter will issue two new shares per existing one share.
