ANNOUNCEMENT

 

LISTING PROCEDURE ON ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF AS PRO KAPITAL SHARES

 

In accordance with the documents submitted on 26.04.2000, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange started the procedures for listing 14 400 000 AS Pro 

Kapital shares that will be issued to the shareholders of Domina Hotel e 

Comproprieta Alberghiere S.p.A. As of 11.05.2000, 22 500 000 shares of AS 

Pro Kapital are listed on the TSE Main List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
