ANNOUNCEMENT

 

LISTING OF AS HARJU ELEKTER SHARES

 

According to the Listing Committee's 10.05.2000 resolution, 3 600 000 

additionally issued shares from the stock dividend issuance of AS Harju 

Elekter are conditionally listed on the TSE Secondary List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the shares are registered with 

the Estonian Central Depository for Securities.
