TRADE IN AS HARJU ELEKTER STOCK DIVIDEND ISSUE NOTES

 

The stock dividend issue notes of AS Harju Elekter (HEL-1) are traded on the 

Tallinn Stock Exchange Secondary List as of today, May 12, 2000.

 

Until the increase in AS Harju Elekter share capital is registered with 

the Commercial Registry, 3 600 000 stock dividend issue notes are traded 

under separate name from the currently listed shares of AS Harju Elekter.

 

Trading takes place on the public order book. 

Minimum lot is 1000 and tick size 0.10 kroons.
