SHORT INTRODUCTION TO THE NEW COUNCIL MEMBERS



The General Meeting of Shareholders elected Mr. Ivo Beikmanis a new member of

the Council of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.

Ivo Beikmanis has attended the Riga Secondary School No. 73 (1989) and Latvian

University, faculty of Chemistry, department of Analytical control of

environment (1994).  From 1999 he was MBA-graduated by the Riga Technical

University.

From 1993 to present Ivo Beikmanis has worked in Latvian company Grindeks as

the technician and manager of Standarisation laboratory, since 1997, as the

manager of Research & Development department.

Ivo Beikmanis does not own shares of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.



The General Meeting of Shareholders elected Mr. Lipman Zeligman a new member

of the Council of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.

Lipman Zeligman has attended the Riga Secondary School No. 15 and finished 

the Riga Polytechnical Institute, faculty of Chemistry, speciality engineer-

technologist of biologically active compounds. From 1994 to present he has 

gone several trainings and courses by Riga Business School.

From 1992 to present he has worked at the Latvian company Grindeks as Head 

of active substances production department and Senior manager of Responsible

pharmacist section.  Since 1996, he works as the Head of Production

department.  Previous experiences: from 1976 to 1992 on different posts of 

the Experimental factory of Organic Synthesis Institute by Latvian Academy.

Lipman Zeligman does not own shares of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.



The General Meeting of Shareholders elected Mr. Marcel Vichmann a new member 

of the Council of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.

Marcel Vichmann has attended the Tallinn Secondary School No. 7 and Tartu

Secondary School No. 2.  In 1989 he was graduated by Tartu University, faculty

of jurisprudence (cum laude).  He has work experience at Eesti Hoiupank from

1993 to 1998 as Assistant of general director, Head of  IC department, Head

of juridical department, lawyer and Councillor of  the Chairman of the Board;

from 1992-1993 Tartu Kommertspank, lawyer; 1992 Law-office HETA, lawyer;

1988-1991 Estonian Chamber of Trade and Industry, lawyer and specialist.

Marcel Vichmann does not own shares of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.
