CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 30.05.2000 the Supervisory Board of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat 

appointed Olle Horm (32) to chair the company's Management Board. 

Olle Horm will step into office on 19.06.2000.



In 1993 Olle Horm graduated cum laude from the automatics department 

of Tallinn Technical University.



O. Horm has worked as CEO and management board chairman at EK AS 

(1996-1997), logistics and marketing manager at Estonian Oil Services 

AS (1997-1998), department head at EMV AS (1998-1999) and managing 

director at Punktuales OÜ (1999 - 2000).



O. Horm will be responsible for management of daily operations of 

Rakvere Lihakombinaat, development of production and marketing, and 

also for maintaining and strengthening the company's position on 

international marketplace.
