CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



The Supervisory Board decided on 16.06.2000 to satisfy the 

resignation application of Tallinna Külmhoone AS Management Board 

member Mr. Anatoli Bekergun. The Supervisory Board appointed Malle 

Kanarik the new member of Management Board; decision is effective as 

of 20.06.2000. 

Malle Kanarik works as the head of personnel department of Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS since 1991. 

Malle Kanarik does not own shares in Tallinna Külmhoone AS.
