INFORMATION ABOUT THE COUNCIL MEMBERS



Regarding the new members of the Council elected by the General Meeting of 

Shareholders on 19.06.2000 we announce the following:

Björn G.Gillberg is a fund manager of SBD, Chairman of 

the Council of Kauno Pieno Centras;

Christoffer Kurpatow is the Chairman of the Council of SBD, 

member of the Council of Kauno Pieno Centras;

Arvydas Strumskis is a manager of investments of SBD, member of 

the Council of Kauno Pieno Centras, member of the Council

of AB Lietuvos Energija;

Pranas Dailide is the Chairman of the Board of joint venture 

C.Olsen Baltic, member of the Council of Kauno Pieno Centras;

Jolanta Dailidiene is a member of the Council of Kauno Pieno Centras;

Anatoli Bekergun is a technical director of Tallinna Külmhoone AS since 1991, 

member of the Council of Kauno Pieno Centras.

The Council of Tallinna Külmhoone AS will continue with 9 members.

Members of the Council do not own shares of Tallinna Külmhoone AS.
