CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



Mr. Kalle Norberg, member of Optiva Pank Management Board and Director of 

Capital Markets, will step down from the Management Board and resign 

from the bank as of 30.06.2000. According to Mr. Norberg, he will leave the 

bank to find new challenges.
