ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CONDITIONAL LISTING OF EESTI TELEKOM BONDS

 

In accordance with the 11.07.2000 decision of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange (TSE) Listing Committee, Eesti Telekom's 100,000 - 150,000 

discounted bonds to be issued with face value of EEK 1,000, are 

conditionally listed on TSE bonds list. The decision will become 

effective after the following conditions are fulfilled:

 

1. subscription for the issue of Eesti Telekom's discounted bonds 

is successful; 

 

2. TSE managing director and head of listing department are 

properly informed of the results of public offering of bonds and 

the principles of distribution of bonds between the subscribers. 

TSE managing director and head of listing department must be 

confident that the terms and conditions stipulated in the issue 

prospectus were fulfilled in the course of the issue;

 

3. the bonds are transferred to the investors' securities accounts 

at the Estonian Central depository for Securities.
