Employment record of members of Management Board of Pro Kapital 

Grupp:



Luca Milani is a member of Management Board and CEO of Domina Hotel e 

Comproprieta Alberghiere since October 1999. 

Between 1996 to 1999 Mr. Milani worked at Domina Hotel e Comproprieta 

Alberghiere as assistant to the CEO, and member of council of 

directors responsible for financial department. 

Luca Milani does not own shares in AS Pro Kapital Grupp.



Ilona Saari is a financial advisor to companies controlled or 

represented by Ernesto Preatoni in the Baltic countries since 

September 1999. From April 1998 to September 1999 Ms. Saari worked as 

CFO of Pro Kapital group. From 1993-96 Ms. Saari worked at KPMG 

Estonia, from positions of Assistant Auditor to Audit Manager. In 

1996 and 1997, she was a consultant for McKinsey & Co., an 

international business consultation company. In fall 1997 Ms. Saari 

returned to Estonia, to the position of Senior Audit Manager at KPMG 

Estonia. In 1993 Ms. Saari graduated from economics department of 

University of Tartu. Since 1994 she is a sworn Auditor of the 

Estonian Republic. 

Ilona Saari does not own shares in AS Pro Kapital Grupp.



Aivar Pihlak is a legal advisor to companies controlled or 

represented by Ernesto Preatoni in the Baltic countries. To date

Mr. Pihlak was a member of the Supervisory Board of AS Pro Kapital. 

Since 1996 he also works at Legalia law office. 

From 1990-95 Mr. Pihlak worked at Heta law office; from 1995-96 at 

Rattus law office. 

In 1991 Mr. Pihlak graduated from law department of University of 

Tartu. 

Aivar Pihlak does not own shares in AS Pro Kapital Grupp.
