CORRECTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT



SHARE ISSUE FULLY SUBSCRIBED AND ENDED



In accordance with the decision of 28.07.2000 extraordinary general 

meeting of shareholders, XXL.EE Management Board decided on 

08.08.2000 to close the share issue of EEK 15 million before the 

previously announced subscription period end date, as the share issue 

is fully subscribed. 



AS XXL.EE Management Board approved the allocation of shares to be 

issued as follows:



Cresco Ventures		 		   510,200 shares

FIM Asset Management 		 	   500,000 shares

Bonfield Asset Management		   403,500 shares

Cresco Väärtpaberite AS		 	    86,300 shares

Total	 		 		 1,500,000 shares



AS Cresco Ventures will make a non-monetary payment for 472,355 

shares in the form of a monetary claim against AS XXL.EE (loan), and 

a monetary payment for 37,845 shares. All other subscribers will make 

a monetary payment for the subscribed shares.



AS XXL.EE Management Board intends to submit applications to the 

Securities Inspectorate and Tallinn Stock Exchange for registration 

and listing of the new shares, respectively.
