SALE OF HOLDING IN SIA PCT RIGA



AS XXL.EE and Alexander Markevich made an agreement, whereby AS 

XXL.EE will sell its 52% holding in SIA PCT Riga. The holding will be 

sold at price of LVL 2,000 to the company's CEO and minority 

shareholder Alexander Markevich. Mr. Markevich will become the sole 

shareholder in SIA PCT Riga. 

After sale of holding in SIA PCT Riga, AS XXL.EE has met its 

strategic goal to be involved only in new media services related fields 

of activities.
