COMMENTARY TO COURT CASE AGAINST A.O. IMBI



The court dispute between A.O. Imbi and Eesti Ühispank regarding A.O. Imbi's 

EEK 72 million claim against Ühispank has been under a constant public watch. 

Eesti Ühispank is of the opinion that no predictions should be made about the 

outcome of the trial until the official verdict is given by the court. 

However, Ühispank finds that the evidence presented in the course of the 

court case is sufficient to prove that Ühispank is not obliged to satisfy the 

claim. Ühispank has made a counterclaim to apply for cancellation of A.O. 

Imbi's claim to secure an action.
