ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CONDITINAL LISTING OF AS PRO KAPITAL SHARES

 

According to the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee's 

04.09.2000 resolution, 12 308 366 additionally issued ordinary shares 

of AS Pro Kapital are conditionally listed on the TSE Main List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share 

capital increase is registered with the Commercial Registry, and 

the respective shares are registered with the Estonian Central 

Depository for Securities.
