CORRECTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT



CORRECTION TO ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT DECREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL



There was an error in the first paragraph of the announcement about 

decrease in AS XXL.EE share capital, published on 13.09.2000. 



On 04.09.2000 Tallinn City Court registered AS XXL.EE share capital 

decrease from EEK 20,000,000.- to EEK 10,000,000.-.



The corrected announcement will follow:

REGISTRATION OF SHARE CAPITAL DECREASE



On 04.09.2000 Tallinna Linnakohus (Tallinn City Court) made an entry 

to register decrease in AS XXL.EE share capital from EEK 20,000,000.- 

to EEK 10,000,000.-.



AS XXL.EE has also submitted necessary documents to Tallinn City 

Court to register the increase in share capital to EEK 25,000,000.-.
