SUPERVISORY BOARD'S DECISIONS



On 19.10.2000 the Supervisory Board of Optiva Pank decided:



1. to convene the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 

order to change the bank's business name from Optiva Pank to Sampo 

Pank in the Articles of Association.

2. to apply for delisting of Optiva Pank ordinary shares from Tallinn 

Stock Exchange.



The Supervisory Board of Optiva Pank has 7 members, and is chaired by 

Mr. Martti Juhani Porkka.
