ANNOUNCEMENT



BOND ISSUE



On 06.11.2000 Tallinna Kaubamaja AS issued discount bonds in total 

value of EEK 22.7 million. The yield of this issue is 6.90%, and it 

will be added to the 07.07.2000 issue (maturity on 07/12/2001).



The issue was organized as auction. The investors subscribed for 

bonds in total value of EEK 31.7 million.



The issue was managed by Hansabank Markets.
