ACQUISITION OF SUPERMARKET



On 15.11.2000 Estiko's fully owned subsidiary Estiko Investeeringute 

AS bought 456´506/736´946 of the supermarket located in Tartu, Küüni 

St. 7. AS Estiko is the co-owner of the four-storey supermarket. 

On 15.12.1998 AS Estiko had bought 280´440/736´946 (the basement 

floor) of the building.

Estiko group now owns the supermarket with 5,825.5 m2 of useful area. 

The supermarket is located on 3,409 m2 land. Estiko Investeeringute 

AS is the real estate administration subsidiary in Estiko group. 

After buying the three floors in addition to the basement floor, 

Estiko can complete and rent out the premises in the supermarket.
