ANNOUNCEMENT



NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER



Margus Zuravljov was appointed the head of retail and personal 

banking division of Optiva Pank. Mr. Zuravljov currently heads the 

advertising agency Tank.



Zuravljov will take the office on January 15th; he will also 

become a member of the bank’s Management Board.



Between 1995 - 2000.06. Zuravljov worked at Hansapank, where his last 

position was head of personal banking division.



Margus Zuravljov is a graduate of economic department of University 

of Tartu, and he has MBA degree.



Zuravljov does not own shares in Optiva Pank.
