RESULTS, PUBLIC OFFERING OF KRISTIINE KAUBANDUSKESKUS SHARES



Between 20.10. – 20.12.2000 the public offering of nine million 

shares in AS Kristiine Kaubanduskeskus (AS Pro Kapital Eesti 100% 

subsidiary) took place. The shares were offered at price of EEK 

23 per share.



In the course of the public offering 28 investors subscribed for 

altogether 9,006,197 shares, thus the issue was oversubscribed. 

In accordance with the terms of the public offering the Management 

Board of AS Pro Kapital Eesti will decide the distribution of shares 

not later than on 28.12.2000. In accordance with the terms of the 

public offering the investors who subscribed for up to 10,000 shares 

will receive the subscribed shares in full amount.



After the end of the public offering of AS Kristiine Kaubanduskeskus 

shares, the company’s share capital volume is EEK 180 million and AS 

Pro Kapital Eesti controls 50% of AS Kristiine Kaubanduskeskus 

shares.
