NUMBER OF EMT CLIENTS AS OF 01.01.2001



As of 1 January 2001, EMT has 327,000 clients. 219,000 of these 

were contractual clients and 108,000 used prepaid Simpel call cards.



As of 1 January 2000, EMT had 244,000 clients. The number of EMT 

clients grew by 83,000 clients in one year.



AS EMT is the leading mobile communications operator in Estonia, 

with a market share of over 60%. AS EMT is owned by AS Eesti Telekom.
